I'm offering:

programming customized Perl scripts (MySQL support possible) for your needs
writing any kind of modifications for Ralfs Chat:
- sponsored modifications: 20 EUR / hour, final mod is licensed under the terms of the GNU GPL and is available for free to other users, your name will be mentioned in the mod file
- fixed price: ca. 30 EUR / h, I'm allowed to sell the final mod to other users for the same price
- complete modification: 60 EUR / h, you are the owner of the Copyright, I'm not allowed to distribute the final mod in any way
